Skylanders

This incredible new video game is the best non-living thing I have. An evil villain known as KAOS (K--A--O--S) has destroyed the Core of Light and is trying to take over Skylands. Luckily, the Skylanders are here to stop KAOS (K--A--O--S). You need to get all the eternal sources to rebuild the Core of Light. The Eternal Sources (which happen to be the the eight Skylandic Elements) are Air, Water, Earth, Life, Tech, Undead, Fire, and Magic. There are 32 Skylanders in all, and I have 17 of them. Some of the Skylanders are Spyro, a dragon who already was a hero before he joined the Skylanders. He also currently leads the Skylanders. Gill Grunt, who is a Gillman who as a huge harpoon gun. Trigger Happy, who is a small, weirdly shaped eared, thing with 2 huge golden guns. Eruptor, who is a well an eruptor. His power is lava barf and magmaball shoot. You have to play Skylanders. You'll love it.

What I did in Sioux Falls

I went to Sioux Falls, SD to visit my grandparents on Tuesday. Also, My Uncle Patrick, who moved to Texas, was there. My other Grandma, Aunt Alicia, and my adorable little cousin Hadley, who's a few onths old! I went to the zoo with my Grampa. Darn it all that the baby zebra wasn't out. The Bears, tropical birds, and flamingos were all in. But the tigers, snow leopards, giraffes, and primates were all out. We also got to see the baby rhino. After the zoo, Grandpa and I ate delicious roast beef , cheese, pickles, and mustard sandwiches. Then we met up with Mom, Aunt Alicia, Nicky, and Hadley. After that we went swimming. We ate dinner at Texas Roadhouse. That was the only bad part of the trip. It was really loud and our food took forever. Also, the wait wasn't worth the food. Now don't get me worng it was all right but it wasn't as good as Good ol' Famous Dave's. We should have eaten there. I went to Grampa and Gramma's apartment and watched a show about Howitzers. I fell asleep during the AK-47 episode. The next day we left. I had a really good time.

Bulldogs

Bulldogs are the best breed in the world (according to me). Originaly, they were fierce and mean, but now they are nice. OK, lets give it scores shall we? Enviroment: Bulldogs do terrible in heat, but are good for couch potatoes. Health: Bulldogs have alot of health problems like breathing problems, hip displaysia, and other problems. Grooming: Bulldogs hair dosen't need alot of care, but their wrinkles need to be cleaned every day. Training: Bulldogs are stubborn. They need alot of training. Family: Bulldogs are very friendly and are awesome with kids and other pets.

Newfoundlands

This is a new thing I'm trying. I'm going to give you info on different breeds of dogs. Today we'll be focusing of the Newfoundland. Newfoundlands originated in Newfoundland, Canada (duh). Newfoundlands weigh 110-160 lbs. Heavy. Very Heavy. Now lets get to basics, can the people in the back hear? Enviroment: Newfoundlands suprisingly do ok in apartments as long as they're exercised. But they don't do so well in hot climates. Health: Newfoundlands have typical big-dog issues, like hip displaysia, bloat, and cancer. Also you need to watch they're weight. Grooming: That can be a challenge. They have a double coat so you need to groom them once or twice a week. Training: Newfoundlands are very intellegent and are fairly easy to train. Family: Newfoundlands are arguably the best dog in the world for kids. They love kids and kids love them. So there's No. 1 see you next time.   P.S. Newfoundlands LOVE to swim.

Happy Feet: The Big Disapointment

Happy Feet was one of the worst movies I've ever seen. The story stunk, the characters were all idiots, and the.. the.. It was Cheesy. I would not reccomend Happy Feet as a family movie. Your whole family would hate it. Normaly the least it is is one star but I gave it a half star. It was just plain stupid.

Cars 2

Cars 2 was so good, it makes the old Cars look like something out of the 50's. In Cars 2 Lighting McQueen enters the world grand prix and races with racers such as Francesco Bernoulli (his biggest rival), Jeff Gorvette (played by Jeff Gordon), Raoul CaRoule, and Carla Veloso. Mater is in it to but he's helping someone cool. Finn McMissile and Holley Shiftwell (both secret agents) stop Professor Z and his henchmen Acer and Grem destroy the race. Lighting's also got Luigi and Guido, Filmore, and Sarge on his pit crew. You've got to see it!

Cricket Hollow Zoo

This was the best (and first) private zoo I'd ever been to. When I got in, there was a Fennec Fox and a baby Groundhog. I got to hold the Baby Groundhog. Then we met Angelo (a cockatoo), Jumbalya (an alligator) and Snyder (a monitor lizard) and others in the Bird and Reptile area. Outside their was a Capybara cage next to Cavies and a Skunk. "Fun Animal Row" had Serval Cats, Lemurs, Coatis, and Rico the Capuchin Monkey. Groundhogs were in front of the "Carnivore Area". I got to feed the Black Bears. There were also Lions, Tigers, Cougars, Leopards, Bobcats, Timber Wolves, and a White Tiger. There must have been tons of Cows, Llamas, Four-horned Sheep, Donkeys, and Pot-bellied Pigs. Moo Shu was my favorite pig. Ostriches, Wallabies, and Camels. A row of monkey cages were in the Carniovre Area. Baboons, Macaques, and my favortie animal at the zoo Deno the Vervet Monkey. An Education center had Porcupines, Sloths, Bushbabies, Kinkajous, and Macaws. I'll never forget this trip.

Kung Fu Panda 2: Ska2sh

I liked Kung Fu Panda II better than Kung Fu Panda I. Kung Fu Panda II had more fighting. My favorite character is Mantis. I like Mantis because he is funny. "I never had dad troubles, well my mom ate his head before I was born" was my favorito line in the movie. My second favorito line was said my Lord Shen who is the bad guy (and he was a very good one, for a peacock that is). It's "How many times do have to kill the same stinking panda?!!".  I will not tell you the ending, but I will tell you this, Someone dies besides the bad guy.

My NEW Zoo

My NEW zoo is going to be more of an education compound. My animals will be friendly. A few of the animals will include lemurs, kangaroos, cockatoos, kinkajous, lynxes, and coatimundis just to name a few. In the summer, the animals will be on exhibit zoo style, in winter I'll devide the animals among the keepers, so they'll have a place to stay in winter. We'll still do birthdays, special encounters, that kind of stuff. Be sure to visit (When I grow up, that is).

Alice in Wonderland

Person X here. Alicce in wait a minute, I don't think I spelled that right. Alice in Wonderland is a very funny book,thats why I like it. My faveorito characters where the Mad Hatter and the March Hare.It is about a girl named you know what who falls down a rabbit hole and meets all these crazy charachters. Alice in Wonderland is my new favorite book (next to Calvin and Hobbes). Take my advice it is a great book. Read it! Person X is signing out.

Pinocchioooooooooooooooooooooooooooo

This is Person X. Vvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvssssssssssssssssshhhhhhhhhhhhhhh! Kidding! Pinocchio was a great movie. It said " When you believe in your self, you can do anything". The book's theme was be a good boy by going to school and work hard or else you will live a miserable life. My favorite character in the movie was the Fox. I didn't have a favorite character in the book; there weren't very many likable people.

Pinocchio has quite an adventure! First he meets the Puppet Master, then goes to Pleasure Island (in the book it's Playland), then Monstroke the whale. Whoof! Cover your ears folks because I'm going to go YYYYYIIIIIIPPPPPPIIIIIIIEEEEEEEEE! For Pinocchio. Read It! Watch It! Pinocchio is a must own! Take my advice. This is Person X signing out.

Charlie and the Chocolate Factory

I'm Person X. And I vvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssshhhhhhhhhhh! I've got to fix that! Heck I'll do it right now! La Da La! Oh, it was just a moldy buffalo wing from last week! How'd that get in there? Charlie and the Chocolate Factory is about a boy named Charlie Bucket. His family is very very very very very OK you get the idea! Very poor! He loves chocolate, but only gets one bar a year, for his birthday. He lives right by Willie Wonka's chocolate factory. Willie Wonka sent five gold tickets around the world. As you may have mmmmmmmmmffffffffffff! Googobnbur! I, David the Bold, have covered Person X's mouth so he cannot give away the ending! But, I will tell you it is a funny book and you should read it.

By the way, I listened to this book on CD. I thought the person reading it did a good job. I would recommend the audio book if you wanted to listen to it.

Shhhhhhhh! No Talking

Person X and David the Bold Here. We are Going to tell you about No Talking but first lets make a little noise. Beeeeeep burp toot toot walka walka snap auggggggghhhhhhhh aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa baaaaaaa sisnenya ada li didbo. No Talking is about vvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvsssssssssssssssshhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. No Talking is a great book about 5th grade vvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvssssssssssssssssshhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh Darn! The boys and girls stayed away from each other and thought each gender had cooties. Dave Packer and Linsey Something were the main students who thought that. One day they decide to have a little contest between the boys and the girls. It was to see who could go without talking. The Principal was not pleased of course. I thought it was funny and I liked the whole book. I'm going to tell you who wins. Take My (our) word for it. Read No Talking! vvvvvvvvvvvvvvvsssssssssssssssssshhhhhhhhh. I need to get that fixed.

Lunch Money

Person X can't be here today. I, David the Bold, have taken his place. Lunch Money is about a kid named Greg Kenton and another kid named Maura Shaw. They both like making money. Believe it or not, they where enemy's. But joined together making comic books. I, David the Bold is a fan of comic books. I, David the Bold, like Spider-Man, Batman, Superman, Flash, X-Men, Green Lantern, Captain America, Aquaman, Fantastic Four, and Iron Man. Whew! Read Lunch Money!!!!

A really funny play that teaches kids about science. Like gravity. I hate gravity because if we where just floating around life would be so easy. We'd also be dead.

Fablehaven! More than meets the Eye! Ha Ha Ho Ho! Anyway Hi, I'm... Person X!! And I'm here to tell you about a GREAT 351 page book. It was sort of like Harry Potter, Only alot better. Fablehaven is about vvvvvvvsssssshhhhhhhh! Sorry, lost contact. Fablehaven is about two kids named Kendra and Seth. They visit their grandparents. Secretly it is actually a preserve for magical creatures, like Pizza! I mean Satyrs! Tons of suprises await them like vvvvvvvvvvssssssssshhhhhhhhhhhh. Oh Darn it! you'll have to read it. Jake Drake: Teacher's Pet and Bully Buster and Know-it-All

We listened to the Jake Drake books on CD in the car. I liked them, but not loved them. Jake Drake is a ordinary 4th grader. But looking back he's had quite a lot of adventures. First in 2nd grade he becomes Jake Drake: Bully Buster. Then in 3rd grade he becomes Jake Drake: Know-it-All, and Jake Drake: Teacher's Pet. Wanna find out what happens? Read 'em!
